The OASIS writer does not correctly write irregular instance arrays when the first entry is not at 0,0.

This does not happen if writing OASIS from OASIS or after manipulations resolving those arrays, but it can happen after manipulating the arrays. GDS cannot generate such array, neither can scripts.
