Enhanced behavior of "interactive move" and "interactive duplicate"

This ticket is about some enhancements for easier use of the "interactive" versions of "move" and "duplicate" as well as "copy" and "cut":

• When copying instances, the pop up box asking whether to copy "shallow" or "deep" is annoying. There shall be a checkbox "don't show this dialog again". If checked, the choice will be recorded and the dialog won't be shown again. It shall be possible to change the mode back to "ask" in Edit/Editor Options.
• If nothing is selected, Copy and Cut shall act on the highlighted object ("transient selection"). This speeds up copy/paste of single objects, specifically if used with "paste interactive".
• "duplicate_interactive" and "sel_move_interactive" shall also act on the highlighted object if no selection is present.

Note: duplicate_interactive, paste_interactive and sel_move_interactive are alternative key binding targets that supply quick-action versions of the corresponding menu items. See File/Setup, Customize Menu, Group "Key Binding Targets".
