MAGIC file read well when using the "File/Open" menu, but when using them on KLayout's command line, the subcells will not be found.

Seems to be fixed on 0.26.9.

It easy to reproduce if you specify a file without a path and when the current directory is where this file is.

PR #694 will fix this issue.

Fixed #693: URI relative path resolution if the first URI is empty.
