OIC or Online Image Converter is a PHP 4 based application to convert different graphical images into other formats. OIC use PHP's integrated image function by the use of the GD module. GD is an ANSI C library for the dynamic creation of images.

Intro:
	OIC is an onlime image proccessing facility for PHP compatible web servers. This will allow users to 
upload a picture to the server and have it processed into another format.


Requirements:
	PHP 4+ and compatible web Server
	GD
	
Install:
	Place all your files into your web directory and 'chown' the files to the user and group of the web server.

	Example: chown -R nobody.nobody OIC/

	Edit "config.php" with your correct web server and script settings
