Various kvg:phon element value meanings are unclear #312
Even if the numbers have a meaning of some kind, they are inconsistently applied to the data, which means nobody can use them for anything. The only way keeping the numbers would make sense would be if someone was to add all the numbers to all the data consistently and document what they meant. I don't see anybody volunteering to do that, so the best thing really is to remove the partial addition.

Similarly kanji/061b2.svg has kvg:phon="宀+2+3+2+2+罒". I guess there are a lot more of these.

This is a more or less complete list of these things:

In place of this bug report, I've made a note here:
https://kanjivg.tagaini.net/known-problems#kvg-phon-undocumented
It would make sense to simply remove the kvg:phon attributes, since their current use is arbitrary, inconsistent and undocumented.

2 means yoko, 3 means tate, 5 means hane, and so on. Each number represents a stroke type.
“つ” means “ツ”.
