kvg:type alphabetical codes are undocumented

We have no documentation at all on the meanings of the alphabetical letters such as a, b, c, etc. on the kvg:type attributes of the strokes, except for some guesses people made on the KanjiVG mailing list a few years ago.

This issue has been brought up on the mailing list more than once. It looks like nobody is interested in this issue at all so I'm just going to close it and leave a note on the kanjivg web site here:

Since this has not been clarified, with the correction work on the broken stroke types, the only thing I can really do is to just remove the alphabeticals when they are on mis-typed strokes.
