  1. [SECURITY] Patch outdated version of PIL that may cause a DoS

    Versions of PIL before 6.2 are susceptible to a security issue that may cause PIL to consume very large amounts of memory. This commit bumps the version from 5.1 to 6.2 in an attempt to fix this issue.

  1. [QUICKFIX] Fix a filter bypass bug

    - Fix a bug that allows users to bypass filters by editing messages.
    
    Note that this is a quickfix so certain behaviors will not work as
    intended (most notably - the non-unique filter). A solution to this is
    coming soon.
