Prerequisites

  • Python3
  • Pytorch 0.4
  • Tookits like python-igraph, powerlaw, networkx etc.

Data

Our DBLP dataset and TCGA dataset are released on Google Drive.

Training

python train.py

with default setttings in options.py.
