Added code to ensure the excluded tenants don't come back in the BPA.
Added secure score collection in to BPA and also added a nopagination option to New-GraphGetRequest
NEW FEATURE: Secure Method Score Collection
Split out get-tenants to it's own function to minimise reads from disks. Updated ListTenants to reflect this. Rewrote Graph get requests to leverage this.
