A transparent mongo db restful api in for Node.js
You need Node.js installed on your machine to run this node_module http://nodejs.org/#download The source contains everything else you need to get started, including mongodb.
npm install mongo-trapi **not yet published
You also need mongodb: http://www.mongodb.org/downloads
Once Node.js is installed you should be able to run mongo-trapi and connect to a mongodb instance
this project requires a local mongodb connection, the batch file expects that mongodb be installed in a folder in the root called mongodb create a folder in the working directory called 'data'
*Windows: run the batch script 'WinStartMongo.bat' that should start mongo and create a database for you in the /data folder
run the batch script 'run node server.bat'
If a localhost mongo server is running, mongo-trapi will attempt to connect to a database called seven20.
