Code for Smith & Jonkman, Nature Communications 2021.

This repository includes two subdirectories:

CalciumImaging includes MATLAB code for analysis of Ca2+ imaging data acquired by miniscopes built according to instructions from the UCLA Miniscope project (miniscope.org).

ClearMapSubregionParser includes Python code for parsing the c-Fos cell counts in the Caudoputamen (generated by ClearMap) into subregions along the anterior/posterior and medial/lateral axes (e.g. aDLS, pDMS).
