All hardware source and production files are licensed under the CERN OHL v2 Permissive license (see: LICENSE-hardware).
Any files that are excluded by CERN OHL v2's "Covered Source" definition are licensed under the Apache License 2.0 license (see: LICENSE-software).
Please note that we do not have plans to patent any of our designs. The CERN OHL v2 is the best fit for this project. The Apache 2.0 license is the most similar to the CERN OHL v2 for software projects.
