Hey there,
Just found this today and was giving it a go. I was seeing what all it could do when I came across the console and noticed there was an error in there straight away after opening it up so I just wanted to report it to you.

OSLanguage=1033

Also happened to me. Until it's fixed, this might be a work-around:

If you open your %LOCALAPPDATA%\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Bookmarks in an editor, you might find a "suspicious" unicode char around the position that is shown in the line directly above the Traceback ... you pasted.

I opened my bookmark file e.g. in Notepad++, chose "Search -> Goto", pasted the postion and just removed that character.
