Why do you put 1 line between the numbers and then 2 then 3!
It's making it too hard! So I don't like it like that.
So please don't do these things like I said.

This may be a small fraction of users that will have trouble, but this could give real difficulty to students with disabilities.

Reasoning:
1) the atypical way the clocks are shown will make it difficult for students to generalize to real clocks which have 4 marks between or no marks between
2) for students who tend to focus on the wrong thing, they may focus on this instead of what they need to focus on

Solution:
a) have no marks between the numbers, but invisible ticks for the drag spots
b) have 4 marks between the numbers and invisible ticks for the drag spots
c) a combination of a and b given at random
