When slice views are linked and slice display in 3D view is enabled then not all slices show up in the VR view.

Note: The missing slice views appear when we move a node in the scene from VR (using grab)

BUG: Fix initialization of model displayable manager
The logic of adding actors for slice models was incorrect (not all slice models were added when all slice models were already in the scene - for example when a virtual reality view was created).

Fixes KitwareMedical/SlicerVirtualReality#33

The issue was caused by a bug in Slicer core that has now been fixed.
