Our recent delimiter features are awesome, but it has left me wanting more :p

Take the following example:

console.log("Hello World!");

For whatever reason I want to change the double quotes to single quotes. Currently I would have to delete both quotes individually and replace them with single quotes. It would be great if when I select the first quote it auto selects the second and just lets me override it.

Beware of edge cases like:

console.log('Hello World\'s!');

And:

var who = "World";
console.log('Hello " + who + "!');

In both cases it should only select the delimiters for the current scope.

Please target for 10 if you like the idea and it's implementable as a nice-to-have (ie. you think you'll have time and you think it won't be too time consuming).
