Short Summary

Komodo will periodically commit ALL my changed files when I've only selected one to commit. I can't seem to narrow this down to any particular action that I take. I'll be using it for a day then POOF, I'll do a commit and all of a sudden there is a commit full of changes that have nothing to do with what I was actually committing. This is obviously fine (though a major pain) if you catch the mistake but sometimes we're not on the ball.

I've stopped trusting the VCS UI and usually just use the terminal. The reason I've delayed reporting this is because I have NO idea how to reproduce it and looking through the code didn't bring anything to light.
