Deleted lines results in multiple bookmarks per line

Short Summary

When you delete a block of code with bookmarks, they collapse into one line and you must try to clear the bookmark multiple times.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open a blank file.
• Add a character on the line, then add some blank lines.
• Add bookmarks on lines 2, 3, etc.
• From the bottom of the file, backspace until you get back to line 1.
• Try to unset the bookmark on line 1. It will take multiple tries (same as # of original)

Expected results

• The bookmark shouldn't need multiple unset attempts.

Actual results

• The bookmark takes multiple unset attempts.
