Link with secp256k1 in Rust
We don't need the MM1 C version of the secp256k1 code anymore because the same code is included by the eth-secp256k1 Rust crate. Let's count it towards the porting effort.
Port wallet conf path
Simplified and needs testing.
Use the documented name logic for confpath
Trying to go with the simple and documented "~/$name/$name.conf" (and "~/.komodo/$asset/$asset.conf") and see if that would be good enough.
