Expected Behavior
After I define an enviroment variable for a folder I should be able to select that varibale for values on the tabs of folder eg. Headers.
Actual Behavior
At a folder I can choose the variables from the active environment only, variables from the actual folder not listed.

Reproduction Steps
1, Create a folder
2, Create an evironment variable for that folder
3, Try to define a header value using the environment variable you just created
