Body tab contents scroll position is reset every time a request is sent #8930

Expected Behavior

When there is enough content within the Body tab that the vertical scrollbar appears AND you've scrolled down a little bit, there is this sudden, unpleasant jump that occurs every time you hit "Send", resetting the scroll position.

The scroll position should be preserved.
