This PR adds an external link to see the documentation of installed plugins.
If a plugin is prefixed with
insomnia-plugin-(therefore listed on the plugin hub), then the link leads to the plugin hub, otherwise leads to npm.Cleanup: this PR also clears the package installer input field if the plugin installed correctly
