Adds AI test generation for the enterprise plan.

  • Adds a button in the design tab to generate tests from the api spec.
  • Adds a button in the workspace dropdown to generate tests from the api spec.
  • Display a loading indicator with the progress of the generation.
  • New settings tab to enable the AI feature.

changelog(Improvements): Added automated AI testing capability for enterprise users.

Context API smells aside, LGTM
TODO later, replace context API and TransformStream with a remix loader that would support this fetching strategy
