Highlights:

  • Sidebar list items have no hover styles for the editable input any more
  • Design/Debug/Test/Mock views have minSize to the panels so that they don't get lost when users minimize them to the end
  • Preferences > Check for Updates button is now on the side and has better styles for when it's disabled

Closes #7769
