• Change the local scratch pad button to a first class citizen
• Hide the orphaned tip on the scratch pad
• Remove the login tip from the online/offline indicator
• Remove the sign up banner
• Add a new sign up tip card (reappears every 2 weeks) and a tutorial list
• Add a tutorial tip view
• Add a new login tip view
