Decipher is not working, the link that points to the version DECIPHER_2.10.0 is not available anymore, it has been replaced by 2.26. Unfortunately, the biostrings package is requires an update and this is not available as a library in linux. There are several other options for manual compilation but it looks quite tedious and painful

repeatscout cannot be foud anywhere, moving to mamba installation for repeatmasker

replaced by

https://anaconda.org/bioconda/repeatscout/files?sort=uploader.name&sort_order=desc&version=1.0.5&page=0

The compile process has been changed since the the file format and structure is different

It's not possible/very hard to fix the current compile structure. I will move to new versions and new system
