Steps to reproduce the issue

When composing post message on Kunena forum (new topic or reply), try to insert a link with BBcode [url] method:

If you input this:

This is a [url=index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=314&Itemid=19]link[/url], I inserted it without begin with a slah (/) symbol.

Expected result

I hope Kunena will show it as a link

Actual result

Kunena did not convert that into a link, just show it as what I input.

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla version: 3.5.1
Kunena version: 5.0.0 beta
Php version: 5.6.15
Database version: 5.5.47

Additional comments

Kunena requires a leading slash before the relative internal URL to be used for [url] BBcode. But, Joomla DISALLOW such a leading slash for relative internal URLs. Please read this:

Actually, I had also posted this issue on Kunena official forum, it seems no one noticed that topic:

So I report here again, hope you will fix this bug.

Thank you.
