Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to https://www.kunena.org/forum/community-self-help/1

Expected behavior
HTTP Status Code for the following URL should be 404, because the page does not exist:
https://www.kunena.org/forum/community-self-help/1

Actual result
HTTP Status Code for the following URL is 200:
https://www.kunena.org/forum/community-self-help/1

System information (please complete the following information)
Joomla version: 3.8.8
Kunena version: 5.1.1
Php version: 7.2.6
Database version: MySQL 5.6.39

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: [Windows]
Browser [Google Chrome]
Version [Version 67.0.3396.87]

I also noticed that is the same problem with topics you have permanent deleted.
Once deleted, when you try to access to the deleted topic as a guest, you get HTTP 200
Only if your are registered you will get the HTTP 404.

This is not good, you should always get HTTP 404 for topics deleted
