Insert cloned tracks after the original track (not at the end)

This shouldn't be a difficult thing to implement. It's hard to move tracks up, especially with the bug that causes weird behaviour in song/bb-editors when you move tracks when the editor is scrolled down (anywhere but the very top). I guess fixing that bug would be nice too, but it'd still be better and more expected behaviour if cloned tracks appeared next to the originals.

Also, an option to clear all patterns/sequences from a track. Would be convenient when you clone a track but don't want the sam note data on it.

Right. Hydrogen does it this way. And personally I always have to move them
back in place myself.
