I looked into the other project directories. CapDans and Skiessis projects were given their own directories so I've moved the corresponding licenses to separate files. After the above commits there are still someProjects missing license info. Detective mode on...

I think I'll just squash/merge what I've got here. Chasing down the remnant projects will take too much time and they mostly seem to have been taken down from the sharing platform where most of the projects came from in the first place. No objection means merging in a day. |

FYI, BuzzerBeater's license presents in master's license file.

BuzzerBeater is already in the stable-1.2 license file but it's tucked at the end and I missed it. I'll just move it to it's correct place in the alphabet.
Add some missing licenses and split out CapDan and Skiessi project licenses to their own files in the corresponding directories.
Some license fixes.
Tracked down some missing licenses and split out licenses from demos/LICENSES.TXT for projects that were moved to new directories, /Skiessi and /CapDan.
