Errors loading zap-desktop after installing (linux-amd64.deb package) #2070

Installed in accordance with instructions by executing:
$ sudo dpkg -i Zap-linux-amd64-v0.4.1-beta.deb
and then to install dependencies:
$ sudo apt-get -f install

When executing $ zap-desktop from terminal, Zap opens, but posts the following to terminal in red:
