To allow searching for phenotype data database-wide, We should include a view of Individuals joined to Phenotypes, grouped by Individuals. Because any table with Phenotype data will become messy, we have to select these columns. We could:

  • Choose a fixed set of columns.
  • Show only all columns shared between all diseases.
  • A combination; a fixed set combined with all columns that are active for all diseases.

We might need to limit the view further (e.g. remove "Genes screened" or so) if necessary to keep things fast.

Implemented in #334. Decided on one fixed column, Phenotype/Additional.
