We are getting this in IE9:

SCRIPT87: Invalid argument.
lzma_worker.js, line 3582 character 13

postMessage({
action: action_decompress,
callback_num: callback_num,
result: decode($toByteArray(this$static.d.output))
});

(Our line number might be a off, we've been debugging a bit trying to fix it ourselves)

IE8 and other browsers work fine.

I fixed the invalid argument error (7fa8b2c); however, IE 9 throws additional errors.

Ok, let me know if you get it working.

It appears that IE9 recently added some functions that conflict with Web Workers. Should be fixed in cf2decb. I haven't updated the live demos yet.
