Using version 1.2.3 attempting to knit a .Rnw file results in the following error dialog error:

erorr

and the following compiling output:

[Compile ~/Desktop/Lectures/Lecture 2/Lec2.Rnw]

COULD NOT COMPILE! "Rscript -e "library(knitr); knit('Lec2.Rnw')""

1 error, 0 warnings, 0 badboxes

This does not depend on the file being compiled or the parent directory.

Thanks for adding this to your bug and roadmap lists. My self and two people who work with me receive the same error as well. OSX 10.9.4.

Was able to try out 1.2.4 as well and everything appears to be working again.
