Try and fix test_filtering flaky test

by removing dataset query testing part, since it is not applicable to BATCH projects any more

Background:

• @attila-papai (and also you can see yourself in the logs) pointed that failure occurs here

• upon further review, I have discovered that this part of the test originally was testing dataset.project (see https://github.com/Labelbox/labelbox-python/blob/ee996acf05ab5ef30b21f61d3fe5c67e4b9c1164/tests/integration/test_filtering.py) but not applicable for BATCH projects. So this part is essentially a bad conversion to a BATCH project and should be removed from the test
