Possibility to keep a point fixed while zooming

Hi!

I would like to be able to zoom to a point while keeping that point fixed. I think the ScrollWheelZoom already implements this, it would be nice to have it as a feature of the zoomIn, zoomOut, zoomTo methods.

@danzel no, it's more like an API method that does the same as scroll wheel zoom — keeping a particular point (not necessarily center) fixed while the rest is zooming.
