Dragging cursor regression in Chrome

1eca103 seems to change the dragging cursor to cursor:text for some reason in Chrome. Tested in Chrome v27.0.1453.116 m on Windows 7. Looks normal in FF & IE so I'm guessing it's a WebKit issue. Can be seen here: http://leafletjs.com/examples/quick-start-example.html

Seems to only happen with vector layers visible. I haven't seen it without them.
