.leaflet-touch style changes

It's unclear why the leaflet-bar styles change when touch is detected and .leaflet-touch is added to the bar classes. This makes it a bit unusual to style & size bar icons, since they fit two different styles of space.

Is there functional need for a more rounded bar on touch devices?

There's a definitely functional need to make the buttons bigger at least. The radius got adjusted because of that. And I think I replaced box shadow with a border a while ago to improve performance... Any suggestions to improve this?

In our app @jacobtoye just made the buttons big all the time.

With touch and mouse devices coming in (windows 8 touch-enabled laptops etc) it makes sense for leaflet default being touchable size buttons all the time and no more resizing.
Otherwise switching between a pc with/without a touch screen the UI changes, which seems a bit weird.

E.g.

I do remember box shadows causing a few performance issues (when animating) a year or so back, however these seem to have gone away from the devices I have been using. May just be better hardware.

OK, looks much better now. I don't know why I put such extreme border & border radius around controls on mobile earlier. Also fixed border rgba on the layers control.
