Marker#setIcon does not update popup anchor #1874
Description
Marker#bindPopup sets the popup anchor location based on icon.options.popupAnchor, but Marker#setIcon does not update the anchor. If you set a new icon with a different anchor, the popup is still anchored at the original location.
