worldCopyJump in version 0.6.3+

Starting in 0.6.3 (and also in 0.7-dev) when setting L.map('map', {worldCopyJump: true}).setView([20, -10], 3); I get the error:
Uncaught Error: Set map center and zoom first.

Has something changed or has there been a regression?

to workaround this see Issue #1945. The drag handler throws the error when it is called with worldcopyjump.
