Zooming action brakes tiles position in IE on Win 8 Thouch Device.

Hi!

There are the issue with IE10 on Win 8 Thouch Device. You could reproduce it on Interactive Choropleth Map - just try zoom-in/out gesture on it.

Yep, map tiles zoom correctly but overlays (markers/svg) are positioned wrong during the pinch, damn it :(
Will have a crack at it.
