Update-method

Hi,

it would be nice to have some kind of "update" method in the layer-classes.
This method should call _reset() or _redraw() depending on what's needed.

Additionally I noticed that the setRadius-method in CircleMarker is the same as in Circle or did I miss sth?

What would you need the update method for?

setRadius methods are different (one sets the pixel radius and the other one the meter radius).

I change the latlon-coords of some markers through the LatLon-object I get from getLatLong(s). After that I want to reset/redraw and right now I have to check if the marker is an instance of marker, ployline etc...
For perfomance issues (I have to update position and other properties of ~1000 markers once per second) and flexibilty I don't want to use the latlon-setter...
