Please fix the build errors. |
WMS 1.3.0 specifies that EPSG:4326 reverse x/y axis. Hence the bbox should be lat/lng instead of long/lat.

Thanks! Also, please condense all the var statements into one as it was before to be consistent with the code style of all other Leaflet code. I'll merge this later for 0.7. |

WMS 1.3.0 specifies that EPSG:4326 reverse x/y axis.
Therefore the bbox should be lat/lng instead of lng/lat.
