Fix click events when touch zooming on ie 10

Updated http://oliverheilig.github.io/LindasWorldQuiz/FindCountry.html and it now works flawless on WP8. Now i can play it on my Windows Phone - thanks! |

The drag click avoid hack is needed for touch zooms on ie10 also, when releasing your fingers after a touch zoom click events are generated. Fixes #2094
Not sure if this is the best solution, but it works.
