Fix some removeable Apple apps not showing due to not having a ShortVersion

Update: this issue actually affects all apps: user, trollstore, apple apps. If there was no ShortVersion property added to the bundle's Info.plist, the app won't show in apps list of TrollFools |

Apps with no ShortVersion property in bundle's Info.plist won't show in Apps list, also some apps like Clock with identifier com.apple.mobiletimer can indeed work with injected dylibs.
