A few things found while using tools/download-tool with all available projects.

PROJECT=Generic ARCH=x86_64 tools/download-tool fails with a 404 trying to download opengl-meson-0.0invalid.tar.xz from LibreELEC mirrors. Grepped the code but can only find various droids requiring the package.

EDIT: No need to upload new packages. They're already in place.

I've re-run tools/mkpkg/mkpkg_libretro-ppsspp on the mirror and created the missing tarball for 9145287 - the new PKG_SHA256 is e209a04cd076855e4a8e644ddb1035eda919d81adef7ed1321de5b9f2fce8881, which avoids downgrading the package to 5f7bcf7 to match the available source tarball. Can you update just the PKG_SHA256?
