There's quite a few extra kernel configuration symbols that needs to be set because of this.

This makes touchscreen and keyboard work (according to @MattDevo). If there are more options needed for other hardware, they can be added in another PR.

To clarify, these config options enable the keyboard on Braswell Chromebooks (Acer R11, Lenovo N22, Acer CB 14) and the Elan touchscreen on the R11 (may be used by other models as well). All other Chromebook keyboards were/are working without CONFIG_PINCTRL_CHERRYVIEW=y.
