Remove a lot of backward compatibility code for the (rolling) file format before the 0.1.0 release. So from now on we only support file format 0.1, which is used by 0.1.x releases.

If someone still has libraries or projects with an older file format, one can just use the 0.1.0 release to upgrade the file format to 0.1. Afterwards those files will be loadable with all future releases of LibrePCB.

This is the last open task of #340.
