Add initial support for zipped project files #433

This allows to export whole projects to a single (zipped) project file. The suffix is then *.lppz instead of *.lpp. Currently only the CLI is able to load zipped projects, the LibrePCB application only works with unzipped projects so far.

This is useful to simplify sending LibrePCB projects to PCB manufacturers as the user no longer needs to manually create a ZIP file.
