Describe the enhancement you'd like
I want a place to store shared photos, so any user with access there can sort/tag/add/delete/...

Describe why this will benefit the LibrePhotos
I think it would be an easy way to achieve #464 #261 (being able to allow write/read-only access would be a plus, but could wait).

Additional context
I don't know how could it affect albums and faces, would be nice to be able to share them.

Was there any progress about this topic? I would like to have a common directory for all the users too, whilst keeping a private directory for each one...
